A pre-session consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss the vision you have for your session. During this session consultation, you'll also have the chance to learn about image access and print orders, making sure you have everything you need to decide if I am the right fit for you.

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable fee is required to hold your session date. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, a lot of rain happens. We will work together to reschedule your session consultation if needed. This is also when you sign contracts and model releases. I make it super simple—just bring a smartphone or tablet and your finger. I accept all forms of payments. You will also have image access for your proofs after the session, and the remainder of the balance is due on the day of your session, along with any print orders you wish to place.

During your session consultation, I will provide you with all the tools you need to prepare for your session. I cover everything from style and grooming to diet and hydration, ensuring you're fully ready. This is also a great opportunity for you to let me know if you require special accommodations, such as a support person or animal, as well as discuss any image access and print orders you may need.

After your session consultation, your images will be downloaded and securely backed up to external hard drives and cloud services, ensuring you have full image access. I take protecting your images very seriously. You'll also receive 5 Sneak Peaks that are fully edited and ready to share, perfect for your print orders!

When your low-res proof album is ready, a link via email and text will be sent to provide image access to your Shootproof gallery. Here, you can favorite and label images for final editing, which will assist during your session consultation. Once the final images are completed, another link will be sent via email and text message. Additionally, a mobile app is included with all session packages, making it easy to manage print orders.

Within your Shootproof gallery, you will find a link to your personalized store front where you can easily access your images. Your print orders will be shipped directly from Bay Photo right to your door! Additionally, I do offer special order items, so please contact me regarding any special order wishes or to discuss your session consultation.
